Greetings from Mary Garland, Principal Welcome to Harrison Elementary School's Home Page.  Our staff, students, and parents are excited to be able to introduce you to our school via the World Wide Web. Harrison Elementary School is a neighborhood school with an enrollment of approximately 350 students in grades kindergarten through sixth. Reading and leading are priorities at Harrison Elementary School.  The Harrison staff is dedicated to providing educational opportunities which promote high achievment and strong student leadership.  The curriculum is academically designed to help teachers meet the needs of all students.  Well defined programs and activities provide leadership action for student participation. We are proud of the tradition Harrison Elementary School has in the Omaha community.  Vital to the success each student enjoys at Harrison School is parent and community involvement and business partnerships.  The Harrison PTA is extremely active in the education of our students.  Six Adopt-A-School partners also share in enhancing educational experiences and opportunities for Harrison students.  Harrison Elementary School students and staff are extremely grateful for these partnerships. The continual support and involvement of these partnerships keep our programs strong.
