Thunder Cave Story Synopsis Thunder Cave is a survival story. Jacob Lansa's life in New York is turned upside down when he suddenly loses his mother. Faced with the choice of living with relatives in Nebraska or finding his father so that he can live with him. Jacob has no trouble making up his mind. The only problem is that his father is in Kenya, Africa. Jake's father is a field biologist in Kenya studying and tracking elephants.
